Grey Mare’s Tail

One of the most incredible hill walks in Dumfries and Galloway include the Grey Mares Tail and Loch Skene. Only a short drive from Moffat, the hills are home to one of the most famous waterfalls in Scotland. If you manage to climb to the top you can bathe in the serene loch with the most incredible views from all directions.
